- At least 3-4 years agency experience with project responsibility in online marketing
- Organisational talent with heart, mind and doer qualities
- High level of commitment and strong sense of responsibility
- Experience in the conception and implementation of digital campaigns
- Experienced in leading interdisciplinary project teams
- Analytical and strategic approach
- Enjoy planning, developing and efficiently implementing projects
- Native German, very good English skills
