In the construction phase, CP9 already produces signage and an information pavilion, accompanies the entire construction project and, furthermore, plans a highly sustainable vitalization concept, even once the residential and professional spaces are occupied. The concrete corporate identity ensures an instantly recognizable profile in all phases.
In partnership with the real estate expert on the client’s end we customized the urban development concept for the different target groups. This includes the image language and the specific design of traditional activities and cross-media implementation. We were able to reach the diversity of all future protagonists on the Limmatfeld.
