- Preparatory accounting (accounts payable, accounts receivable), interface to trustee
- Accounting, post calculation, dunning process

- Office supplies management
- Coordination and support of customer mailings
- Support of the management in new business
- Implementation of internal projects
- Analysis and optimization of work processes
- Administration, correspondences
Your profile
- Expertise in finance and human resources
- Several years of experience in a similar position
- Structured, independent, precise way of working
- Native German, very good English skills (min. B2)
- Experienced handling of Office programs
- Commercial, business management understanding and interest
- Enjoyment of employee management and teamwork
