  • Office supplies management
  • Coordination and support of customer mailings
  • Support of the management in new business
  • Implementation of internal projects
  • Analysis and optimization of work processes
  • Administration, correspondences
Your profile
  • Expertise in finance and human resources
  • Several years of experience in a similar position
  • Structured, independent, precise way of working
  • Native German, very good English skills (min. B2)
  • Experienced handling of Office programs
  • Commercial, business management understanding and interest
  • Enjoyment of employee management and teamwork
