We are looking for a new team member in consulting who will confidently, responsibly, and enthusiastically manage our diverse campaigns, events, and other projects until successful completion.

Your tasks

• Customer consulting and support
• Project management and coordination (internal and external)
• Budget development, management and control
• Administration
• Acceptance of print products and productions
• Order preparation
• Detailed conception (elaboration of sub-areas)
• Event organization, on-site support
• Media planning
• Offer and order management
• Production supervision, production clarifications
• Strategy/conception (brainstorming)
• Research, procurement of background information
• Accompanying the assistants

Your profile

• Sound education in marketing or advertising
• Work experience in an (event) agency or in marketing
• Production experience
• Stylistically confident, good German incl. foreign language skills (English/French)
• Structured, independent, accurate way of working
• Networked, proactive thinking
• Commercial, business management understanding and interest
• Very good Office skills incl. spreadsheet and database programs
• Technical understanding
• Knowledge of regulations (safety etc. especially for events)
