CP9 AG is an independent creative agency based in Adliswil near Zurich. We develop brands, campaigns, events, and communications that inspire people and help companies move forward.

To strengthen our team, we’re looking for a dedicated individual who can lead projects independently, inspire clients, and successfully bring ideas to life.

What to Expect

Providing independent consulting and support to exciting clients
Planning, managing, and executing marketing, communications, and event projects
Budget development, management and control
Administration
Developing and overseeing campaigns—both online and offline
Designing and implementing social media activities and content strategies
Budget planning, cost control, and project management
Organizing and managing on-site events
Preparing proposals and coordinating productions and suppliers
Contributing to creative strategies, concepts, and presentations
Supporting and guiding our assistants in day-to-day operations

Your profile

Business training or comparable professional development
Experience in marketing or communications, either on the agency or corporate side
Fluent German and good English skills
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work
Enjoyment of client contact and project management
Entrepreneurial mindset and a sense of responsibility
Organizational skills with a hands-on mentality
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and digital tools
Interest in marketing, communications, events, and new technologies
