Your tasks
- Setup and takedown of event spaces
- Ensuring the functionality and cleanliness of event furniture
- Ensuring proper storage of equipment
- Assisting with the repair of event furniture
- Maintaining general order and cleanliness of the locations
- Providing on-site support
- Cleaning and waste disposal
- Various transportation tasks
Your profile
- Apprenticeship in a skilled trade
- Good German language skills (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in an additional foreign language, ideally English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Valid driver’s license
- Knowledge of regulations (safety, etc., especially at events)
- Precise working style
- Technical understanding
- Enthusiasm for events and a keen eye for detail in organization
- Enjoying customer interaction and the ability to understand their needs
- Ability to work well in a team
- Resilient, flexible, and reliable
- Quick learner
- Ability to improvise
